If you are working in a serious company it usually means a lot of responsibility. With every action you take you create an image of the company. That is a very responsible task. Additionally the higher you are in the hierarchy of the company the more important your decisions are. You can´t just do whatever you want because your employers are investing their time and money in you and they want to see the results that they can be happy of. That is why when you are manager, for example, you have to try really hard in order to be able to maintain a position of the company on the market that would bring you profits. Let me tell you a short story about a manager from maximuscle. He was definitely not a responsible person. He has been working for the company for three years and the company has invested a lot of money in schooling for this person. He seemed to be working great. No one was aware of the fact that he was stealing money all the time. The owner of the maximuscle didn´t know anything about it as well and they have not established yet how much has this manager stolen. For now he is gone and it is hard to find him. Obviously the police is looking for him. Remember to be a responsible worker.
