Baby bath stand complaint
I think that wise people know when to admit that they have made a mistake and that is why they are considered wise. Do you also think about it in this way? We finally have to accept the fact that every person in the world can make a mistake and we can^t change. There can only be the difference in the way people react to those mistakes. They can either act as if nothing has happened or they can state the truth and do something to make up for those mistakes. The first step is admitting that you were wrong. This is probably the most difficult thing that you have to do in this situation. Recently I have bought a baby bath stand and I wasn^t happy from this product. It wasn^t exactly what I have expected from it and that is why I have written a letter of complaint to this company in which I have described all the faults of their product. To my surprise they have acted in a great way. They were sorry that the baby bath stand didn^t meet my expectations. They have also given me the full refund and additionally gave me a voucher thanks to which I can buy their products with a 20% discount. Isn^t that great? I think that all the companies in the world should act similarly in this situation. Am I right?
